✅ Modern Families Index Report revealed that of 2,750 parents, a third of fathers said they regularly felt burnt out, and one in five were working extra hours.
47% of fathers agree they would like to downshift into a less stressful job.
46% of millennial fathers and 38% of fathers overall said they would be willing to take a pay cut to achieve a better work – life balance
11% have refused a new job and 10% have said no to a promotion because of a lack of good work life balanced opportunities.
“Offering staff more flexibility should be an easy solution. The majority of people (82%) said having more control over their hours would help them to balance work and care, according to a recent survey by Coram Family and Childcare.”
